I have to say any changes are to building repairs / str etc are useless.... Why you. Say.. simply this as long as there is unlimited level buying and buildings that can't autofire when a rival clan member comes into range.... what happened to my clan building will happen over and over...... when a person can buy 2000 lvls overnight and go from 2000 to 4000 giving him the ability to take out a L 1000 catle and a L1500 tower in 8 hours by also exploiting the delay bug in buildings returning fire... I guess there is no chouce but to increase building str.. but look at the result...... now the clan system is all out of wack....... THE worst change was removing auto fire from buildings. It is this one change that has caused the problem and the resulting wave of attempted fixes..but this has only made the situation worse gameplay wise. The FIX is simple. Reinstate building autofire. Return buildings to the previous stats.
I suggest a total change. Establish clan hall system. Where each clan can buy a Hall on neutral territiry and. Pay a a gold fee every 30 days from the clan account for maintenance or the hall will be locked until the fee can be raised or after 60 days the hall will go back up for sale. Clan members can hang out craft and store items.
Now here comes the fun part on the hostile maps each clan can have 5 buildings total once a clan hall is establised. These building with the old stats can be lvled up and attacked successful attaks wll be rewaded clan prestige points can be converted into clan gold or. Crafted items

Additionally leveling up a building will also be rewarded with clan prestige points. In attacking rival clan buildings points are given based on how much damage a clan inflicts on a particular building. Clans can also be ranked based on prestige points. Anyway just an idea. Feel free to dump on o praise me....praise is perferred....lol
This system losing a building will no longer be the end all.. And I think will bring. Balance and fun back to. The clan system increaed competition and no more hurt feelings after ones entire buildings are wiped out by some butthole that exploited a bug. Or. Some other nimrod that is willin to dump 3k dollars to become a power mad goliath.
Oh ya starting a system like this will require a total wipe of current clan buildings.... but so what
Imagine all the kinds of events one can have. Like a weekend building competition the winning clan get a ton of prestige points.. or te opposite. A clan war weekend where extra perstige points are given to the top clans that giveout the most damage.... etc etc etc.....
