where to get blue shield 150 lvl?

Where can I find 150 lvl blue shield? I checked all shops,can not find it.

Currently the blue heater shield is unobtainable and can only be bought from players who happen to have the shield since before they were removed.

Dark Devil at clan map can drop shield lvl150. Drop chance - 10%.
Dark Devil appears at 50 min every hour.
