What lv need completed quest get ice plate, ice legs and ice gloves?

Correction. Needed level for the cartographer quest is 100.
And the English names of the required items are Frost Plate, Frost Gauntlets and Frost Legs.

Love the new drop system, thats 100% new? (drop got to player made more dmg)
