Friend list
If a player's account is deleted (either by the player themselves or by admin if their lvl 0 - 3 is inactive) then are they also automatically deleted from your friend list?

Yes, when a player was deleted he's removed from friend list, he can't stay in because if he doesn't exist he can't be wrote.
