Hi people,
My question is why i cant sell entangeled bracelet in any game shop?
Is this the only item that cant be sold?
is this a mistake or there is any explanation?

At the moment it cant be sold in any shop, dont think its a bug but probably just something that got forgotten. My advice to you is to keep them, maybe store them in bank, and im sure soon they will be able to be sold at shop.

Some bracelets and ring cant be sold, as well as quest items. Also, in MMORPG you cant sell gold/carbon/steel ingots to player because they are dropped from orcs for low lvls
