150 legs is a drop by Boss Dragon in MMORPG version.
150 shield... Im not sure because in manual it says "Silverwood shop" but its not there anymore. I think boss dragon or dark devil drop it...

Robe lvl 120 is available in shop on map 3.1. Next is 200 - craftable

your info is outdated now, rear. those shields are dropped by freyas now @ 3.3. along with lvl150 boots

lol drop by freyas means it still rare. these are hard to kill espevially since they spawn en masse.
