Caught the Troll b..t..d

The player named Semyasa has been trolling me the past few days he assembles a bunch of Dino's then drops them off on me. Mainly killing my dragon but also kills me. His illegal actions have cost me three dragons. Below is the screenshot

please perm jail these players.this is clearly of no use to them. they just want to damage and vandalise. its worse then purposefully blocking.

its a clear violation of rule 9. but worse then the other examples.
i propose letting them pay for the dragons and a warning. 2nd offense perm jail

I agree they need fix this.
Or just put a lvl restriction on maps so they cant do this.
so of use pay to have fun on this game.ogame.other shouldn't be able to just destroy everything cuz they think it's fun .

The regular action a GM takes on report of such players is warn them (I did this already), then outlaw them, so that players can deal with them on their own.
