buying skin change
you are super unclear. is this buying a level 70+ thing? i google and see you have a skin change request page, why would i even less than 2 bucks, buy a thing o i can level at your slow rate to 70, then wait in a que. i will not assume anything in this game at all.

It's not only for lvl 70+, some time ago we could have free skin but it needed to be 70+ but they admins have preference that is accessible has everyone at the time they did pay for change skin

right, when the skin changing was first introduced, it was offered for free to players level 70+... after all the bugs were worked out and it was a completely stable process, the skin change option was moved to the FT shop instead
