PvP bug?

Hi everybodies,
2 days ago Nightshade kill my mage lvl 127 but Nightshade was lvl 1000+ how he do this? and he drop my robe lvl 120
How it's possible??

1> you're both in a clan
2> you are one of the last 15 players to attack him
3> you were outlaw
4> you are on clan map
5> you were in coloseum
