Well when you get extorted. Screenshot it. I doubt it matters what platform its been said on. Rule breakers elsewhere get less chances aswell aswell as bannings/penalties for communicating this kind of thing on other places that arent game chat.

Heres something aswell. If your a victim of these extortions, theres easily accessable laws to do with extortion both for your own country and from where the extortionist is from. If its a continual thing, even so much as demanding lvls or anything that involves ACTUAL MONEY. Your well within your right to actually take them to the authorities.

It may seem stupid to do because its just a "game" but as soon as money is brought into it its a whole different ballpark. So if its found to be happening or if its happening to you,

Proof firstly, screenshots, plenty of them.

The ability to identify them. Facebook for instance actually does this. Despite what people say they actually work with authorities from everywhere on a lot of things.

Verification from the isp, if theyve done it on facebook. Odds are a request from your own authorities goes a long way in getting an ip released and then using that to determine isp and from there who owns the internet connection in that place.

If their using mobile data then their pretty much screwed.

The last thing youl need is the laws of both countries. Google is your friend. It worked for someone pinned in abu dahbi (sp?) For merely requesting something i wont repeat here.
