Offline game save confirmation with character dead

It's actually really easy to save this game by accident when leaving it, which can cause you a loss of a save game (since nobody's willing to play on in a savegame where anyone of your charcters is dead)
When you leave the game to load from old save you get the option to save your game; and it's really easy to make a mistake there.

So, if you could make something like a warning message: "One or more of your characters are dead, are you sure you want to save" it could save players some annoyance.
