I bought the "unknown key", that is supposed to open door beneath 3.1 as I read and I am LVL 61 but door doesn't open.
Can anybody help me?

Then there is a mistake at least in the german version. It says that lvl 50 is needed to open the door.

Ist schon länger her bei mir (gerade das rpg - wobei das in dem fall keinen unterschied machen sollte). Glaube damals war es noch auf englisch beschrieben. Bin mir aber recht sicher dass es lvl75 war. Kann also ein übersetzungsfehler sein.
