i updated yesterday. now there is another new version on playstore. it has the same comments like password recovery. i am a beta tester.
doi need to install this version. doing so will exceed my data limit and i will have a very slow connection.
there are no cables where are live. all goes by prepaid data bundles of 1-3gb a month for 3G.

The new version fixed some bugs that were found in the 4.13 release. Nothing major.
