All the people who give quests are not talking to me . Please help me.

I think your level is too low or you have already talked to them, check your quest book

I have checked my quest book. The yellow archer, the attacked village man and the dog trainer etc. Aren't talking to me . I'm level 51.

Dog trainer won't talk to me either and I'm level 610.

I can't get the hermit on crazed lions map to talk to me, and I'm lvl 2000, done most of the quests

Yeah, I´m lv100 with each my characters and I can´t talk to the dog trainer or the blah blah blah... just cannnn´t

Check quest manual. There is list of requirements for each NPC
