Wher do i get a lvl 50 staf and club ? Ive can craft a bow but not the staf or club

Club and staff are drops from boss dragon, it is not in offline tho =(

You can start it on map 2.-1, knight near city gives it. Requirements:
Level 50
Finished siege weapons quest and King Martek Commander's quest. Martek's Commander is on map 1.0 near shop :)
