Time of bug: "Same time as post"
Where: (Library)
What: (Tried to collect "Rose of the Shadow" book. Quest ID 70)
Why: (When I clicked on the bookshelf it made a sound and the book on the shelf vanished, but no book showed in my inventory and I can no longer click on the shelf. I tried logging out and back in to try once more but it was still gone. My wife clicked on the bookshelf herself and got a book in her inventory, but I did not.)

we can help replace the book - post in mini chat when and where you're logged in and that you're looking for the book

I know its fixed but...
the book apears on top of screen, next to minimap. you have to click on it to put it in your inventory. make sure your inventory is not full.
