I do like the idea and the pics/system you came up with,but i think we should consider the following.
Common problems/essential things/suggestions:
1-Doing this is hard and will take time and will most probably come with bugs such as duplicating items.
2-If you lose bid,you HAVE to get your gold back,otherwise,when bidding on a lvl200+ item,you will most probably lose 50m+ gold.
3-Losing won item within 24 hours and item goes back to owner has to give back gold to bidder otherwise it's not fair for busy players with jobs/schools.Which leads to another problem of over priced bidding to prevent other players from buying it,then log out for 24 hours to get gold back.Sounds more like bullying
4-Each player can only put 1 item at a time in auction house.
5-Seller loses a percentage of total gold of final price of the sold item (that goes to auction house )
6-Limited time chosen by seller (3 hours - 6 - 10 - 24) which may or may not change the percentage of money that goes to auction house (from number 5)
7-Double click to avoid complains such as: I clicked the sell now button by accident when putting the price. OR I accidentally sold for 100k instead of 1m (missed one zero)

That's all i can think of for now,but you get the point

I will make some additional adjustments and post them as soon as I finish I have 7 things heeping my hands full just for the game plus 3 kids a wife and a job so I understand your point of view. Of course these were just designs and suggestions so many can get the picture. Even if the auction house is a did I really hope the mailbox is a soon addition to the game I will add more on that as well.

Added a clock icon to submit how long you want it to be in the auction. Max 3 days. That seems fair or does it not?

You can type how many hours you want it to be in auction house.

Ok rewrite. A player that puts an item in auction must pay 1.5% of what the over all sale price is recieved for it. Example you sell an item for 1m you recieve 955k gold from the sale. Jusauction hous estimated guess. When the buyer pays the max price you asked for on the item you automatically recieve the gold in your mail box. If someone is the highest bidder without reaching the max amount he will not receive the item in the mail box nor will you receive the gold in the mail box untill the clock on your item runs out of time. You can only have 1 item in the auction house on your account untill your item is sold or runs out of time. If your item runs out of time without a players offered bid on it you will receive your item in your mail box. you must be level 60 to add an item to the auction house you can bid on items or buy at level 30. Witch is toavoid noobs selling ffangs/lions heads/worthless quest items or potions etc.

White I like ur suggestions its great idea ,but what about try make it like icon (shop or online selles) .

I think its will be more easier for players to reach it, and I like insider suggestion about its need to make it like +60 lvl and yes I agree with ayc ,but about the players should pay 1.5 % for add the item maybe if u change it to 1% its will be more good .

Well I vote ur saying about increase the time but its need more work in it .lets say for example there is a player put item and make the time 24 hours then he wanted to increase the time I think its should be the maximum hours that he can add like 10 hours that will make it fair for seller .

And I thinking about another thing if u can make it two types of items (quests items and another or gears items ) .
