Quest givers/receivers problem

It seems as though sometimes quest receivers dissapear and I have to log out and log back in to see if they are there, and sometimes they still are not there. Also, the 2nd quest where you bring the beekeeper the book bugged out, due to the fact that I did not know you have to "bag" items by clicking them when dropped, so I lost the book and the quest seems like it cannot be finished. Thank you for all your hard work guys.

About the lost book, this can be replaced by some GM. If you dont find someone on game, you can PM me and i will try to give you the book.
About the problem with the quest logs, if I am understanding well, your quest logs arent displayed some times until you log out and log in again? Whats your account name? (right spelling, please).

It isn't the quest log, its the people who receive quests. Their is a gravedigger I give a letter to, and sometimes he isn't even there or I cannot interact with him. My in game name is: Ayeeeelol

You have to 'spawn' npcs by moving around in the area they should be. sometimes it takes a long time for them to apear

I have walked around, and even when he does show up he doesn't have the ! above his head, and when I click on him it still does nothing.

I have the same problem with that book. I play offline. This book is the firt item to be taken and I didn't know the system yet. How I can fix this offline?

And also Raga princess was killed because I accepted the quest at lvl 1 but the quest didn't dissapear from the quests book. Thanks you very much in advance.

atm, no way to get either fixed. you failed the quests and should reload the game directly after the failing
