Maybe could use the speed that the weapons have, like how some weapons say Speed: 7 and that. Would mean that many hits per second

Mages can be op on bad wifi. Preempt whats happening to you're HP bar. I use to do it at work plenty before I got rusty as hell.
The pvp balance and faction alliance system is needed. The pvp one is more overdue, it causes more issues. More forum flames than anything. September was the month that balance was meant to happen. Months not over yet though.
So lets see what happens.
