Lag at 9pm central time

So for the past qeek Ive noticed that at around 9pm central time I have sevre lag regardless of what device Im on or if Im on LTE or wifi. All experience this lag. Just curious if this was an issue with server load or if FT just hates me

Heres a screenie of my speed test as well. Also if it helps it happens at 4am FT time.

did you compare ping of FT with ping for other sites?
and then, server of FT is in germany... maybe test another german server too.

So I did what you recommended and tested FT server against some other german server and here are my results. I ran these tests several times and all were relatively the same.

Also wanted to metion that every test i ran on FT server contained anywhere from 33% to 100% packet loss compared to the other server where I never had loss of packets occur.
