Hobb, you know I support most mods, some of the new ones have some learning but thats about it. His actions have been because of the way people are treating him. I have spent hours playing side by side with him, and watched the abuse he receives. Again I am not saying he isn't in the wrong for his actions, but he's literally just killing, he's tanking, and here comes a group like let's get King! woooooh! Blocking entrance to the castle, cmon, that's not even frickin cool. I woulda been angry too.

If he didnt like the game, and didn't want to continue playing, he wouldn't be leveling, RIGHT NOW, which he is. He wouldn't be spending what 8 hours a day on here, plus. He also wouldn't be joining the forums, and he wouldn't be putting any effort at saving his account. I again am not saying that he shouldn't be punished, but the punishment way out does the crime here. He cussed, was warned not to do it and continued. That of course is not acceptable. When PMessage, or team message is created, muting him to the public will work perfectly to stop this. And only people who join his team may here the nonsense that dribbles from his fingers. But to say that's ban worthy that to me is just way to much. You can prevent him from talking all togther.

Also it seems like nobody credits him for helping. I know for a fact he helped me gat at least 3 levels one day when i was in my thirties. Tanking. And the only thing him and I had exchanged before that, was me talking crap about him not stopping his cussing in another thread. No hard feelings towards me nothing.

Well, before he was outlawed and all this started. I for sure remember him making sexual comments as I was walking in the ice caves as Rest and some others were laughing and making jokes with him. Then I stated that this was inapproriate. Then he proceded to keep going on with his conversation, being a rebel of his time. I feel that this has changed and he has gotten better through this expereince, but I also feel he is trying to talk a storm to clear...

He threatened to crash the server several times...this is an offense to be banned from game. I wouldn't care if you can or not, this action would mess the game up for everyone. This means that he doesn't care if you play the game or not RPG...

He only got on forums because I asked him to like 2 months ago as well as made an agreement, which he broke. He's not a man of his word. I outlawed him for name and then told him again...to join forums and he did and this all started.

So ban him, waste all the time he has put into a game that you are trying to make popular? Muting him is more then sufficient a punishment. Specially with team chat expected to be added at some point.

He has put in days of his life into this game, to be banned, for it all to go to waste, because of cuss words?

Mute him, make the crime fit the punishment. He's not just on good behavior cause I am around, that's not the case, I have just began to defend him recently, and it is because there seems like there's is a full on battle to get rid of a high level player. Maybe he is a problem, but he still want's to play, he still doesn't want to lose his logged time. You ban him he will get a new IP new Email and be back in a week, angrier than ever. Looking for more ways to cause trouble, however if you mute him, which is a punishment that fits the crime. Then what damage is he doing?

I would rather deal with a potty mouth than a group of newbies trying to get people banned on the regular. I would rather deal with a potty mouth that knows what he is doing, then get killed because a newbie came along and dragged monsters into our area. I would much rather deal with a potty mouth, then to have to get on here and log a complaint that I couldn't get into the city cause some jerk wad kids blocked it for fun. Please consider these things, please understand that a punishment should fit the crime.

Cuss blocking is something that has been programmed into MMO style games since they began. This would quickly have resolved this issue, and your not banning a player.

Hobbs you know I have a lot of in game respect for you, you are the one that got me out of the orc fields and playing the whole game. I don't want you to take this beyond simply that I don't feel that this is being handled properly. Psyko is more of a pain to me, or the dude sitting in the other area blocking spawns that i mentioned in another post. King just wants to be able to play. MUTE HIM, that fixes his issues, remove his outlaw, so that he can not so easily kill someone. This is how you handle these issues.



And Dagumit, if I am going thru all this trouble King, you need to shut your mouth, and move off this issue.

King is making more people quit the game or dislike the game then making it popular...I guess in terms of popular, yes people will know FT, but they wont wanna play cause it's an offensive world...King is giving FT a bad rep.

And again RPG, he has done more than you know, so quit saying that we shouldn't ban him for swearing...it's more than that. I'm going to suggest a mute should have their whisper talk taken away...as a mute is not mute with whispering -.-

He is not getting his outlaw status removed, as he has killed many people recently and we'd have to keep outlawing him. This wont happen.

and password that's why outlaw protocol was set up that way.. after 5 kills.. automatic outlaw establishment.. specifically to identify the pvp abusers.. my outlaw status on the other hand has been given to me by ditto.. for my so called "offensive name".. that's the difference between our 2 outlaw statuses.. u are jus a sneaky snake.. hidding in the grass.. and I'm jus firing up the lawnmower..

He hates it when I show up out of the blue and catch him in the act of doing something naughty. Then he acts like nothing is going on and everyone else around him is complaining to me...I have been there less than 20 seconds and it's instant change in attitude. One in particular time I sat off in range of hearing his conversation, but he couldn't see me, and I heard all of it, then walked in and took action. He has no warnings left. He isn't a man of his words, nor a man at all. He is a boy that acts out inappropriately and makes vulgar remarks degrading women and other humans. His sexual comments are not wanted and he may need some psychological help. Seriously, He may be sexually unsafe and needs to get better. These are the people you dont want your daughter or son to hang out with (if you have them...someday you may) because he will twist their minds and bring them into this negative behavior. Rebelous, so I'd say King is between the age of 15-21. Doesn't listen to authority at all, and when he does he goes and does the opposite or ignore whatever was said.

King, I gave you empathy before when I asked yo to change your name by getting on forums and pming creator (before he left). You said you would...If you would have done that simple task, this wouldn't be as big as it is...

Phaxes, if you read this, I urge you to not quit. Whatever you decide, the wrongdoers will be punished, I promise you. This has to be one of the worst offenses commited in game. Je t'en pris, je voudrais pas perdre un bon joueur a cause de joueurs qui cherchaient a ruiner le jeu pour toi.


I want ALL of you to reflect on this. We have lost a player here to harassment, and god knows how many more that I have not heard of. You guys might not remember (but I do, oh I do). but we also lost a great Mod: Havoc, because he was overwhelmed by stuff like this.

I will talk to all my Moderators about ways to avoid "targeting" players. You may not believe it, but I want to avoid banning Fah-king, even if his name has been popping up for over 2 months.


Fah-king, I see you have many names to give us. You could actually fill reports that are a little more organized (and less in the heat of defense) and we could look into it. Its normal that you feel "less preferred", with all that has happened since the day I approached you at level..10? 12?, and offered you to create new account and me to transfer items (first time I met you.. and you refused). Normally, I would have grounds to ban you..3 times over, yet I want to give you a chance, by changing your name, removing outlaw and giving you a fresh start. Not only out of my generosity, but to show the community that I am open to forgiveness and compromise. And that I take Bans very seriously, and wont hand them out left and right.

When Creator gets back (and me more active with internet fixed at home) I will answer many issues.

One of them will be the power to change an offensive username
Kicks for my Moderators and Bans for me.
A report system with a trust system. Players can become "Watchmen" by filing reports that are confirmed legitimate by Mods or me, earning trust points, so Mods can have a network of trusty Players, "Watchmen"

I will also review all attempts by Ditto, Kishar, RPGkermit and others, and create an official Report Page. As mentioned in quote, I hope to develop with Creator a in game Report system on top of that.

None of what u said makes n e sense.. I now feel slightly dumber for having read that moronic post.. ur a degenerate.. when I first encountered u... u said.. "ahh outlaw.. hey guys should we kill it".. I replied yea pls kill it..then u attacked me thinking everyone else would follow.. so I killed u.. then when u made it all the way back to archer map.. u then proceeded to make friends with the highest level mage in the map.. by the name archaic.. telling him that I was trying to kill u.. trying to coax him into killing me.. which he almost did kill me.. he was levl 109 and I was lvl 56.. so that being said.. u attcked me for no reason other than I am simply an outlaw.. after I killed u.. u got all butthurt about it.. and knowing u couldn't kill me urself.. u sought out to get sumone else to doit.. finally a mage by the name lobo actually killed me.. and u happened to be there to witness it.. u then proceeded to follow me around casting slow spell and spamming up chat logs with.. "haha u died lobo killed u".. I may have a potty mouth and I may have killed a few people(which is part of playing an rpg).. but I have never ever obnoxiously annoyed anybody by gloating about them dieing or me killing them.. or blocking them in city while they or trying to play.. I've never actually even tried to prevent anybody from playing the game period..

Ps lobo kills just anyone who was annoying or insults people and is rude. And I'm already friends with arch he just didn't feel like killing u then he finnaly decieded to attack. And what the (censored) is up with you can we even trust you or well here comes evidence
