Thank you so much Monraq, this is exactly what I am asking for from my end. I feel like he has been targeted and that has since spiraled out of control. If there is something such a attempts to shut down the server by all means, remove him.

But if there hasn't been an attempt, if the only true violation that exists, is big mouth trash talking, you're not going to find a game, with multiple players, playing online and not find some way to abuse the rules.

If the creator doesn't want cussing, he seriously needs to invest in blocking the content. Not getting rid of players who have spents hours and hours of their time playing the game, supporting the game. I wouldn't even be suprised if he paid to get rid of ads. So he's even paid to play the game if thats the case.

Again, if there is a valid attempt at shutting down the server, and not just crap talking, banning simply doesn't fit the crime. I would hate to be banned cause some player with no history in the game shows up and starts saying this and that about me, making the crime or situation worse. This Password guy, obviously has a lot of free time, he is blowing up the forums, and his primary goal is getting rid of a player who's been playing day in day out

Yes i do have alot of free time lately and reason is so active is because i haven't been able to connect to server of late and it seems he is a lieing (you can guess wat goes here guys hehe) and since he is is you can't trust everything he says

Not sure to whom you were directing your comment, but I believe it was directed at me. Fah said "I never cussed at you" Yes, he has cussed at me. I have several screen shots of him cussing at me. As for the initial conversation, Fah took great offense to me suggesting that he get a name change. We left that conversation with me contacting Mornarq to confirm that Mornarq approved the name Fah was using. Fah and I haven't had a lot of contact in the game until recently. I do not have any screen shots of the initial conversation I had with him. Though he and I may disagree on the exact details of that conversation, Fah was right, there were no cuss words in that conversation as I recall. He was very demanding, but I don't recall him cussing at that time. He may have, but I don't recall. However, I did not kill him. He is a mage, and I'm a slow dwarf. There were several other mods present during that conversation. It was at that time that Ditto canceled Fah's outlaw status. Since then, I have left the issue up to Admin and the other mods - especially Ditto, and have basically ignored Fah in the game.

This is EXACTLY what I want to avoid! Built up frustration and everlasting arguments lead to unfortunate events like this.


I will look into Psycho and Cosquer9_2 for bullying, harassment and forcing player into "Suicide" (leaving game)

Phaxes, if you read this, I urge you to not quit. Whatever you decide, the wrongdoers will be punished, I promise you. This has to be one of the worst offenses commited in game. Je t'en pris, je voudrais pas perdre un bon joueur a cause de joueurs qui cherchaient a ruiner le jeu pour toi.


I want ALL of you to reflect on this. We have lost a player here to harassment, and god knows how many more that I have not heard of. You guys might not remember (but I do, oh I do). but we also lost a great Mod: Havoc, because he was overwhelmed by stuff like this.

I will talk to all my Moderators about ways to avoid "targeting" players. You may not believe it, but I want to avoid banning Fah-king, even if his name has been popping up for over 2 months.


Fah-king, I see you have many names to give us. You could actually fill reports that are a little more organized (and less in the heat of defense) and we could look into it. Its normal that you feel "less preferred", with all that has happened since the day I approached you at level..10? 12?, and offered you to create new account and me to transfer items (first time I met you.. and you refused). Normally, I would have grounds to ban you..3 times over, yet I want to give you a chance, by changing your name, removing outlaw and giving you a fresh start. Not only out of my generosity, but to show the community that I am open to forgiveness and compromise. And that I take Bans very seriously, and wont hand them out left and right.

When Creator gets back (and me more active with internet fixed at home) I will answer many issues.

One of them will be the power to change an offensive username
Kicks for my Moderators and Bans for me.
A report system with a trust system. Players can become "Watchmen" by filing reports that are confirmed legitimate by Mods or me, earning trust points, so Mods can have a network of trusty Players, "Watchmen"

I will also review all attempts by Ditto, Kishar, RPGkermit and others, and create an official Report Page. As mentioned in quote, I hope to develop with Creator a in game Report system on top of that.

This is confirmed...other things may be true but I dont have to list them off. I think we have our point across.

Maybe not a ban, but definitely whisper freedoms should be taken away. Outlaw status should NOT be taken off. Mute status should NOT be taken off.

He can appeal his status on forums if he wishes and admins will review the information and make a decision.

I hand't tried, or saw anything about it so I wasn't sure. Thank you Vissart. Did you get ahold of Phax, I would be really disappointed to hear we lost him. He was a good player, with great ideas.
