Pets: where buy them and at which lv

Hello

I see some pg that have some pets, not monster but pets.

I see also some shops that sell monster, the cheaper is 100KK, lv 30.

My questions:

1) the level 30 in the monster shop is the min required level of pg in order to use the pet or is the level of pet?

2) where I can buy the pets like wolf?

3) at level 5, is there some pets/monster/NPC that help me levelling?

So, minimum level in order to have a pet is level 30

There are 2 low level quests who temporally give you a NPC companion.
Look out for them.
