why the king doesn't responds
is anyone know about this quest?

I really need help, did I missed a quest item? Mabe I forgot to pick up something?

Have you already talked to the NPC at King's Summer residence?
The 3 Kings Quest is also level restricted. What level is your char?

my lvl is 54,

The quest book says bring the 3 kings, who await you at silverwood city,ashdown Port/Port near the bank, to the city commander.

In these three places, I can see a NPC really like the king, but there is not question mark on their head.

OK I suddenly know the answer, I think the reason is my pets number is full, OK, I will try it after remove pets

OK the question is done, I removed the dog, now the king goes with me.
