Contextual menus not appearing

FT Account name: vasinta (plus other players told me same is happening to them as well)

Time of bug: since new release, randomly; it happens when we just logged in, as well as during gameplay, with no clear timetable

Where: on contextual menus handler

What: it is not possible to interact with other players, clan buildings nor monsters: tapping or clicking on them does not start the contextual menu appearance

Other comments: loggin off and on again solves the problem, as well as leaving map and coming back to it, but of course it is a temporary and not perfect solution.
I noticed this problem with 4.16.1 release (viewtopic.php?f=2&t=12256); it is happening again with 4.16.3 - I did not track how long I had 4.16.2 thus I don't know if the problem presented itself in that release too.

It is bug with displaying allied clan buildings range. I have just removed it.
To many problems with it. I tried to fix it and every time the new bug appear.
