1 mil potions in 1st shop

What do the green and yellow potions from the first mage shop for 1 million do and are they one shot or permanent?

If u mean mixtures these are for quests.dont drink them lol

As Nick said, they are needed for quests. Don't buy them until you receive the quest that needs them.
