What stats should I put in my archer. Should my dex be higher than my strength?

for pve, simply figure out what monster you want to fight , make your dex 6 higher than it, then all the rest in str ;)

pvp is somewhat more of a guessing game...
Beeware the Spiral Blitzbees...
