I found a symbol underneath silverwood city. Anyone know what this is for?

I've looked everywhere in the quest manual and can't find symbol quest. Who do I have to talk to to activate this quest?

The whole questchain starts when you talk to Ascanius and deliver his red&blue bracelet to him. Symbol of li-ni-muer and book from warlock castle is needed at certain point in WEISSTEIN quest.

Thank you. That quest log isn't very helpful at all and it is very confusing. Not very explanatory.

Look at file : 240 , quest ID 91, in the quest manual. It is for Sebastius under the library.
