Mages Leveling help!

So everyone I just started a few days ago and Im loving the Game but my only problem is my favorite class mage is really bad at Grinding. Right now Im Lvl 9 Almost Max Mana with little Arm investment my problem is I cant grind like other classes Like Im killing Orcs right now So I wait for my Mana to fully Regen Kill 2 Orcs then hide and rinse and repeat it takes for ever to get Xp. What Im trying to ask is am I doing something wrong is there a good source of xp till like 9-20 ? please Help Im seriously thinking of Buying 10 Lvl just to past this slow tedious Point in my mage...

there are some quests that help, and if you can find somebody to help, the big advantage to leveling mage is that you do max damage regardless of enemy stats... so if somebody will help you kill better (higher xp:hp ratio) monsters you can level fast. finding somebody on Silverwood map is easy, but you'll still die some because ranged monsters are tricky... library is perfect if you can get past the rainbow spiders. also, you can find spots on maps where you can run around without spawning new monsters... draw 1 there and run around until you kill it. also, mana pots greatly increase grinding speed (but obviously cost a fair amount of gold) lastly, buying is clearly the fastest way if that's the way you want to go

Make quests or go to the yellow archer map and buy some hp pots to not die.
