I heard the portal will be open soon. What will be the lvl limits? If i heard right it will be opened to compensate the players.

I think, in this case, it should he more ballanced, then it was, like lvl 100 to lvl 149, lvl 150 to lvl 199,
Lvl 200 to lvl 249... Its much more ballanced then it was.
