Why I can not use mana pot if I put strength points in a wizard ?

If I remember correctly, the mana pots can only be used to refill to your maximum natural mana level (not including mana from gear) ... can anybody confirm or disprove this?

Yes blitz it only refills ur natural max mana. Not mana off gear
