Spam trading, my fault or is he breaking the rules?

So about 5min ago, jatonegro kept spamtrading me 500+ hp pots for 1mil each, first time he was sucessful because i was spamming spells. Is that against the rules or do i have myself to blame for having large icon size?

He died quite fast after doing it, tho justice was not served
