Grinding for loot

Post by Ryaca »

I'm currently level 67 and need to find a good place to grind for loot to sell since a level 75 sword costs 15 million gold. I've been grinding blood mummies for cloaks, sword vlads for shields, and blue vlads for staffs but those monsters won't get me anywhere near the 25-30 million I will have to spend for gear once I reach level 75. Does anyone know of a better place to grind for expensive drops?

Are you able to grind the trappers on map 4.-1? They drop a hammer worth 450k. Red crocys used to have a good drop rate with plates that sell for 1m. The drop rate has been reduced, but you can still get the plate and a couple other valuable drops. Those would be my first two suggestions. What about the library and the shields they drop. 90k each I think.

that all depends on the length of your 'day' :) for some people it's an hour in the evening, for others - it's more like 8.
out of the 3 options mentioned above (mummies, library, tower) the most lucrative is still the library.
I never calculated the drop from trappers or crocys though, because it gets in the way of achieving perfect XP/time ratio :)
