that will make it possible for those who don want to move an option to lock movments like in mining or wood cutting

Could be abused to lock out some locations/dungeons...
But could be done by anchoring character by holding finger longer on it.
Better option would be to let FT work in background wile you press power button on phone so lcd, backlight and digitizer is turning off so battery is draining slower and no touch input can be done...
