What to do after artifact vanished with spectre wizard?

I summoned the spectre wizard and make the artifact disappeared from Proditor. But don't know what is next. Please tell what to do. Thanks.

I tried, including the proditor, no one talks to me for forther clue.

Doesn't work. I searched every map, went to every person in the game.
Proditor says: My companions and I are anchored. ...for eternity.
3 wizard in the room says: HAHAHA.... Do not touch the staff. After I touched, I was back in the hall of house of houses.

All boat drivers say I am hero and offer me free hike.

The guards of the cities do not ask for money to enter any more.

No one talks to me about what next to do or to go. I am stuck.

oh so sorry... I misunderstood - you're a hero... nothing more to do with that storyline

Except maybe go recruit another spectre mage. I see a lot of players with them as followers.
