I have an idea. First 3 time u become outlaw u stay outlaw for 1 week. Next time(4th time) outlaw status prolong 2 days more and so on. So if u outlaw 6th time u be 1week and 6 days outlaw. U can maybe add after 10th or 15th time u can permanently outlaw someone.

I've never been outlaw, but in my opinion, why fix what's working? Tinkering with this will make it impossible for long term players to be "non outlaw"

I can't agree. Some new players really don't know what it is to be outlaw. Plus I've heard of players quitting clan during PvP to cause someone to go outlaw. I could suggest make the time of outlaw status relative to character lvl. The longer a player has been in the game, the more they should know better.

My point is that some players think it is cool or funny to be an outlaw and it isn't. Outlaw status is a punishment and should be treated and looked upon as such. If it were up to me and I was in charge, I would be very harsh with with how I dealt with outlaws. I would make it not fun for them.
