Bug in quest

I am a lvl mage 89, started doing the quest of the house of the houses already handed the bow, wand and the sword, everything was normal, but when I gave the club LVL100 something happened, I can enter the house of the risk but not talk to the informant, have no pending quests and did not do anything different from the other three items LVL100.

Can you write right name of house, where you have problem?

There isnt "House of Risk" at game. There are only "House of Peril", "House of Danger", "House of Hazard" and "House of Crisis".

House of Danger (upper-right) - club lvl100
House of Hazard (lower-left) - bow lvl100

At first topic you said about club lvl100, but at picture you try talk with rebel at House of Peril.

Can you enter to House of Danger (upper-right) and try talk with rebel there?
