Random flames
Not sure if this is a bug or not but I saw randomly placed flames on many different maps.

Yes I've been noticing a lot of these graphical glitches. They kinda remind me of phantoms they're not truly there. If you log it should correct itself

Yes I have also seen fireballs and throwing weapons just floating in mid-air right after a battle

Golgren attacked me with flying fishes, it was more then graphical bug (they didnt stun) because this type of attack blocked hes hp regeneration but didnt block my hp regen.
