I'm lvl15 should I buy pets with real money?and wat pet I can buy with real money?

At lvl 15, you would receive a lvl 7 pet. The white dragons that spawn on the map east of spawn map is what you would get. Its up to you to decide if it's worth it, but I wouldn't buy a real money pet til lvl 200+.
