Permanent Mute

I'm just curious. I've seen players at spawn map asking for GM to permanently mute them. They have mostly been high level. Why would anyone ask to be muted?

By being muted, they are not bugged by players begging for purchases or freebies, as they cannot respond. At least, this is the logic of some.

Actually as someone who asked to b perm muted,most do it so they can cuss and talk open without offend others,becuse only friends and clan and mods can hear u

Ah. All of these reasons make sense to me. How does one ask a GM for a pet change or help with a problem if they are muted?
