gaps on clan map

Compbatant, here are the positions that need filled:
Map 3.-3
23,73
24,57
25,49
43,91
54,83
29,44
28,44
Would it be possible to get a mining stone to fill positions 29,44 and 28,44? I totally understand if you can't put one there but thought I would ask.

I would also like to add that clan map 3.-3 is the only map that doesn't have a water source. If it is possible to add a lake or a pond, it would be greatly appreciated. I understand that you have way bigger fish to fry though.
