When will the right hand door underneath Silverwood Castle be unlocked? I'm dying to find out what's in there.

I've just tried to walk into the archway on the fairies map and got a blank screen . Now when I try to log back in I get this message:

Unfortunately, Forgotten Tales has stopped

...and I now can't log back in
