750 zombie pets

I was told that zombie pets are no longer available for purchase. I have seen two players with zombie pets since they were made unpurchaseable. Why do they still have zombie pets?

Because the pets were purchased while they were available, those players will not have those pets taken away. If they die, however, they will not be able to replace them.
