Crafting Astral robes

As of 0740 game time, over the last three hours I (MrWilson) have attempted crafting astral robes at witch's approximately a dozen times with no successes. I should be crafting at 38%. I understand that each crafting event is calculated independently, but still, I would have expected to at least get three or four successes. Crafting crystal bows appears to be normal.
