Nelrog is a guy who start quest on map 2.-3
Mage is in mage tower, map -1.-3 , enter it through maze on 0.-3.

try to fight stans near the house on the right on top of map. I go 2 mithril clubs there. But i also killed millions of club stans.maybe now that last update changed balance u will be more lucky

Is that Mage Tower on a little island? I went in and nobody spawned so I can talk to. Yes old thread, but quire relevant.
I've already given Nelrog his Zander Fish.

Yes after going through Dungeon of Doom. He will appear eventually in 2nd room in mage tower. Try walking in bottom right and left of room.
