Pet Purchase not showing

Hello, I'm a new player and attempted to purchase a pet for another player but neither him or me got any new pets (both logging in and out) yet I've been charged twice. I can provide any details necessary to proof I made the purchase, any help would be appreciated.

I bought a skin for my friend and he did not receive it as well. The spelling was correct. If its spelled wrong the acct doesn't recieve. Since there was a report of buggy purchases I figured id add what happened to this list. And yes Gms are best at straightening these things out.
