I see in the monster manual list that there is a hp/xp ratio. Can someone please explain this formula to me?

i use this chart as a basis for grinding ^_^
highest hp/xp ratio or low hp, with high xp is good for me...
username:naomi lvl.1,631 archer (ADIK-Marshal)
