that could be many things id suggest factory resetting your device that has the touchpad problems and if that does not work you may need a screen replacement or new operating system which is hard to find genuine copy's of or if you have insurance send it in and get a replacement or money back or their could be nothing wrong with it just something as simple as laggWARBRINGER wrote:No.
