Can't log in in FT mmo rpg

I can't play since yesterday I keep getting the same message like I can't access the server

Ok, there are a couple of things you can try that I know of

Clear your game cache. See if that helps.
Try an alt. See if that works. (if you don't have one, just register a new account, and see)
If this works, then something is up with your account

If this doesn't work, you can do something more drastic, like reinstalling.

If you still need help, I need to know your account name so it can be investigated.
