Clans will forever be unbalanced until a low level clan can defend against a higher one. And what I mean is someone level 3600 can wipe out 2 clans in a couple of hours because the defenders get one shot when trying to repair. Scale is tipped towards the elite. If that ain't unbalanced I don't know what is.
